Dr. DeLuca is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, highly regarded for delivering outstanding results in breast and body contouring procedures. His work is defined by a unique combination of surgical precision and artistic vision.

Originally from Ohio, Dr. DeLuca earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, where he also completed his general surgery residency. He went on to complete his plastic surgery residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, a program known for its exceptional academic faculty. He further expanded his expertise through research fellowships in both plastic and craniomaxillofacial surgery.

Dr. DeLuca’s Approach

Dr. DeLuca’s patient care philosophy is simple and sincere: always listen first. He believes that “too often, the surgical result reflects the surgeon’s vision instead of the patient’s goal.” That’s why he takes the time to understand each person’s expectations and creates fully customized treatment plans. Outside of the operating room, Dr. DeLuca is committed to giving back through both community and national organizations. He’s passionate about outdoor adventures, including cycling, mountain climbing, and motorcycle trips.

He has published numerous scientific articles in major medical journals and frequently appears on both local and national television, especially recognized for his work with breast cancer patients and children with facial deformities.
